Developments Queen Street, Edinburgh

  • Where elegance meets progress
  • Luxury revival of a beautiful Georgian terrace to create 16 unique apartments

Queen Street lies at the heart of Edinburgh’s original New Town, Britain’s best example of Georgian town planning, underpinned by Scottish Enlightenment ideas of rationality, harmony and progress.

You can see these in the symmetry and grandeur of the building’s design, and in the many Neoclassical flourishes, such as doorway window fans, decorative iron railings and huge multi-sash panelled windows. New Town houses were designed for fashionable entertaining, with large, luminous drawing rooms up to four metres high.

A joint venture with Edinburgh based Ashford Property Group.
