Chameleon London delivers outstanding space and design in the most outstanding of locations.
We are an independent client representation practice, representing private clients and family offices across London's prime residential market - informed by more than fifteen years of hands-on development experience.
Our work ranges from highly bespoke private residences to complex multi-unit schemes, each overseen with the same long-term, custodial discipline around budget, quality and risk that we would apply to our own capital.
We advise a small number of private clients and family offices in the UK, Spain and Switzerland, providing discreet, experienced oversight throughout the development process.

For more than fifteen years, Chameleon has operated as both developer and adviser, giving us a rare, end-to-end understanding of residential development. We know what it means to have capital on the line, and that lived experience shapes how we work.
By holding the centre between advisors, consultants and contractors, we restore alignment — allowing our clients to remain informed without being burdened by the project complexity.
Our practice is intentionally structured around a principal-led model.
