Andrew Smith

Co-Founder

    Andrew is a Founding Partner in Chameleon London and shares overall responsibility for the company's developments.

    Andrew began his real estate career in 2000 specialising in development and asset management across all sectors throughout the UK and abroad. His experience in the residential market encompasses sourcing opportunities, acquisition and funding, complex planning negotiations, and sales and marketing. He has a widespread understanding of the legal aspects and tax implications of property transactions, and has set up several substantial joint ventures delivering exceptional returns for both private and corporate partners.

    Harry Bagot

    Co-Founder

      Harry is a Founding Partner in Chameleon London and shares overall responsibility for the company's developments.

      Harry has a degree in Real Estate Management and began his career with Kilmartin Property Group specialising in asset management. He later moved to London to establish a residential development and refurbishment company prior to establishing Chameleon London. His strong network of local market contacts allows him to source and secure opportunities. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the central London market having undertaken a variety of projects in Chelsea, Belgravia, Kensington, Fulham and Battersea.

      Roger Hensman

      Head of Finance

      Roger takes overall responsibility for capital raising, debt funding and financial underwriting for the company's projects.

      He has a degree in Georgraphy and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Cambridge. He began his career with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Group where he was involved in the acquisition of properties with a value of over £4 billion and was the associate on a £1.04 billion, UK collateralised CMBS deal, the largest UK multi-loan conduit deal ever issued at the time. He joined LSI Management (London and Stamford plc) in 2008 where he worked on sourcing and executing opportunities including the acquisition of a 50% stake in Meadowhall Shopping Centre from British Land in a joint venture with Green Park Investments. He left London and Stamford in 2009 to set up Cityhill Capital LLP which acquired distressed CMBS throughout 2010, and for the past 3 years has been a retained adviser to a US REIT focusing on investments in India and Europe. His extensive network of contacts in the London real estate market means he is also key in Chameleon's deal origination process.

      Esmond Smith

      Head of Construction

      Esmond leads the construction and project management disciplines. He has a degree in Civil Engineering with over 40 years experience in the construction and property development industries having been responsible for the procurement and management of a diverse range of construction and development projects. He has a proven track record in successful troubleshooting, value engineering and project delivery.
